Shorts- great fit, smooth seams and wash well.

Well fitting shorts, very comfortable with well structured seams that don’t rub. I’ve had pairs before and they wash well, the fabric used is hard wearing and believe me I’ve tried to kill them 😂

Love these!

Love, love, love these shorts! I was really impressed with them. I honestly figured I would end up taking my phone out of the pocket because it was bouncing around to much, pulling my shorts down or shimmying it’s way out. About a mile in I forgot I even had my phone in my pocket! 5 miles later and it was still holding my phone! Definitely need to buy more of these shorts! Also, super in love with the color and the fit! Perfect compression! Not to tight but nice and snug to where they didn’t budge!

Don’t think about it, just get them!!!

I absolutely love these! I recently ordered them in a size medium and they fit perfectly. For reference, I’m a 5’5” female, 140 pounds and fairly muscular. I mainly do bodybuilding and powerlifting. These fit true to size and the size charts were very accurate! I got the purple and can’t wait to order in more colors! I prefer these over FLEO’s. They are longer than FLEO’s and offer just the right amount of coverage; I also like the branding more and found these more comfortable. They do not ride up at all. The pockets are small but what do you expect for squat shorts. The fact that there are even pockets at all is super cool! Anyways I HIGHLY recommend these and am so glad I ordered. Bonus is that they support a good cause and I love the patriotism of the brand.

Great color and super soft!

I've been on the hunt for yellow shorts for ages! I wish they were just a tad bit longer so I could wear them when I run, but I love how soft these shorts are, so I'll definitely wear them for a variety of other workouts (yoga, lifting, boxing). I'm so happy with the color and quality, I highly recommend these shorts!

Measure Your Rib Cage:

Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

Take your rib cage measurement from step 1 and read across the chart below to find your band size

Figure out your cup size - This is a 2-step process:

Calculate Your Size:

On our Large and X-Large Training Shorts, the length measures the same. From the waist band to the crotch its 8” in length and the inseam (from the crotch to the end of the shorts) is 5”. These shorts run shorter in length as you go up in size to more closely mimic our men’s training shorts which are a 7” inseam.
